Kyowa Hakko Kogyo Sponsors Educational Sessions at NNFA 2004
The New Technology of Soy and maintaining healthy cholesterol levels will be discussed.
Kyowa Hakko Kogyo and its subsidiary, Kyowa Hakko U.S.A., will sponsor an Educational Sessions at NNFA 2004, 67th Annual Natural Products Convention and Trade Show (Las Vegas, NV) at the Sands Expo and Convention Center on Friday, July 16th at 5:45 p.m. in Room 202. Current scientific research will be presented about the health benefits of the GRAS (Generally Recognized As Safe) substance, SoyScienceTM , which is a novel soy protein/phospholipids complex system that may help maintain healthy cholesterol levels within the normal range.

Studies show SoyScience helps maintain healthy cholesterol levels.
Kyowa Hakko U.S.A., a subsidiary of Kyowa Hakko Kogyo, presented a clinical trial at a SupplySide East VendorWorks seminar in Baltimore, MD, Friday, May 7, that used SoyScience, a soy protein/phospholipid complex system, showing patients with high cholesterol taking 3g of SoyScience daily (Biosci.Biotechnol.Biochem., 65(1), 72-78, 2001), had their blood cholesterol (total and LDL) return to normal levels. The study information was presented by Yoichiro Sugimura, Japan's leading expert on soy peptides.

Kyowa Hakko Kogyo Announces SoyScience as New Name for CSPHP
Kyowa Hakko Kogyo and its subsidiary, Kyowa Hakko U.S.A., have announced its GRAS (Generally Recognized As Safe) ingredient SoyScience is the new trademarked name for CSPHP, a soy protein/phospholipid complex system that may help maintain healthy cholesterol levels within the normal range.
